YMC-Triart Diol-HILIC是一款在有機(jī)混合硅膠顆粒上化學(xué)鍵合了二羥基丙基的親水性作用色譜柱(Hydrophilic Interaction Chromatography: HILIC)。其保留模式類似于正相,同時(shí)又突破了正相模式的溶劑局限,即采用反相溶劑系統(tǒng),而按正相順序出峰。此款色譜柱通過親水性相互作用,可有效分離在反相色譜柱中因保留能力弱而難分離的強(qiáng)極性化合物。同時(shí),因采用有機(jī)混合硅膠為基質(zhì),使其在耐堿性方面上有了飛躍式的提高,適用pH范圍比常規(guī)柱更廣。另一特點(diǎn)為鍵合了中性官能團(tuán)的二羥基丙基,因此極大程度地降低非特異性吸附,并可獲得再現(xiàn)性良好的分離。

強(qiáng)極性化合物的有效分離(反相模式與HILIC模式的比較)
抗壞血酸及其立體異構(gòu)體(異抗血酸)在反相模式(C18)中,即使流動(dòng)相不含有機(jī)溶劑,也會(huì)因保留過低而無法完全分離。而在Triart Diol-HILIC色譜柱上,在含90%乙腈的流動(dòng)相條件下也可獲得良好的保留和分離效果。
